Abstract

This dissertation has 3 research objectives: (1) to study and analyze the problems related to organizational engagement of Metropolitan Waterworks Authority personnel., (2) to study the strengthening Commitment in the organization according to the Buddhist peace method., (3)to present peaceful innovation, strengthening engagement in the organization of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority personnel using a method of integrating research collect quantitative data by answering online questionnaires of employees with simple random sampling methods. A sample of 354 people.              The statistics used in the analysis are percentage, mean, standard deviation and factor analysis by using the software package. To analyze qualitative data from in-depth interviews, selecting a sample group, specifically interviewing key informants, totaling 9 groups, total of 29 people, and examining the data with 7 experts/persons.

 

The dissertation found that the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority employees,     In general, have strong ties in the organization at a level that is considered high. Analyze the sense of Meaningfulness at the high level ( = 3.85, S.D.= 0.59), the value of the sense of Safety at a high level ( = 3.68, S.D.= 0.67) and the sense of Availability at the high level ( = 3.78, S.D.= 0.61) and when analyzing the factors that affect the engagement in            the organization, there are 5 factors, as follows, with the first element having the number of variables that describe the elements 8 the variable has the weight component between .508 - .731. The second element has a number with the variables that describe the elements 4 variables with the component weight values are between .648 - .479 Element 3 contains the number of variables that describe the elements 3 The variables have the component weight values are between .538-.768 variables have the weight values of the elements between .733 -.809.The fifth element has the number of variables that describe the elements. 3 variables have weight values. consisting of between .580 – .749.

The Buddhist peaceful method for enhancing organizational commitment is (1) building good relationships with other people or groups in society (2) building trust and confidence for others (3) (4) Creating fairness for all stakeholders. (5) Persistent meeting to discuss each other. (6) Sharing of knowledge. Forecast and things to all people. Which the researcher considers The most important thing is the matter of morality, which the researcher found that Buddhist Santi, the main method of managing the organization to succeed.

 

Peaceful Innovation for Promotion of Engagement in Organization of Metropolitan Waterworks Authority personnel Formulated as the STRATEGIES for Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) PEACE : Peace Policy Participation (PPP) is defined as a 4 peace policy (4's Peace Policy Participation), which consists of providing an environment that is conducive to creating bound in the organization promoting physical, financial, and mental health promotion to enhance personal stability continuing promotion, creating engagement in the organization with care, giving time and opportunity to create a culture of praise for good people.
